Are you ready to shape the future of contract management? We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Contract Manager to establish and optimise our contract management framework within the newly formed Operations Customer Support Team.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead the transition from reactive to proactive contract management, ensuring that all contractual data and documentation are meticulously organised to maximise value. Your expertise will drive the development and integration of Contract Management Plans (CMPs) into our contract management tools, while also conducting thorough reviews and validations within the Contract Administration Repository (CAR).
You’ll oversee daily contractual correspondence, provide strategic leadership in contract governance, and enhance planning processes to mitigate risks and manage contracts effectively. Your efforts will directly support our organisation’s long-term operational and commercial success.

About you
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial contract management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other contract management tools.
- Commercial Acumen: Critically analyse issues and opportunities with a commercial lens and provide commercially viable options and recommendations.
- Contractual/Legal Understanding: Ability to be able to understand and summarise requirements within a contract and able to apply contractual obligations to any issues or concerns raised. It is critical to possess the ability to advocate for contract improvements.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present issues and opportunities in a clear, simple and concise manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention for details to ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders, and ability to convey messages clearly
