As part of HTP, you will join a high-performing Major Projects team delivering complex infrastructure that will play a significant role in Australia’s energy transition and future network capability.
About the Role
In your role as Claims Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Claims team throughout the Hunter Transmission Project Delivery Phase. Reporting to the Claims Lead, you will support the efficient handling, tracking, and organisation of documentation and processes related to claims, variations, and adjustment events.
You will work closely with Claims Managers and Analysts to maintain accurate records, support workflow compliance, and assist with reporting and documentation activities across the Commercial function.
About You
- Experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, construction, or major projects
- Strong organisational and document management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Certificate or diploma in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
