About HumeLink
HumeLink is one of Australia’s largest energy infrastructure projects, a 360-kilometre transmission line connecting Wagga Wagga, Bannaby and Maragle in southern NSW. Once complete, it will significantly increase the capacity of the electricity network to carry renewable energy from where it’s generated to where it’s needed. Delivered by Transgrid’s Major Projects Division, HumeLink is a key part of Australia’s clean energy transition, creating jobs, boosting regional economies, and building a more reliable and sustainable grid for generations to come.
About the Role
As the Assurance and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the HumeLink Project through the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality and compliance frameworks. Reporting to the Process Quality and Compliance Manager, you’ll work across multiple project functions from project controls to construction and commissioning, ensuring governance standards, quality processes and assurance activities are effectively embedded. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, collaboration, and driving best practice within a fast-paced major infrastructure environment.
About You
- Strong understanding of quality management and compliance processes within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Proven ability to coordinate assurance and audit activities, ensuring governance frameworks are consistently applied
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to influence and support cross-functional teams
- Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
- Collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement approach and a commitment to safety, integrity and team success
