The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Business Partner – Technology & Transformation to join our growing Technology & Transformation team.
Working with the Senior Business Partner, you will help connect the Technology & Transformation function with the wider business. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, challenges and technology needs.
Day to day, you will gather feedback and insights, review service and operational data, coordinate business enquiries, and support technology demand. You will track trends, actions and issues, helping Technology teams stay responsive and deliver better business outcomes.
This role plays an important part in ensuring technology investments and services support Transgrid’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, affordable and sustainable electricity, while supporting Australia’s transition to renewable energy.
About you
- Experience in business engagement, analysis, service delivery support, or technology coordination role, ideally within a complex or regulated environment.
- Understanding of technology operations, including service desk processes, incident management, service performance, and technology asset or licence management.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across business and technical teams.
- Excellent communication with the ability to simplify information for different audiences.
- Committed to continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise systems highly regarded
