This is an exciting time in the energy industry with the transition to renewable energy. Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Manager with a strong electrical background to oversee the on-site delivery of transmission line, substation, and building projects.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating contractors and internal teams, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring all work complies with contract specifications, WHS legislation, and environmental management requirements.

You will play a key role in resolving technical and contractual issues on site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and supporting the testing and commissioning process. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in HV construction and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to site management.

About you

• Relevant Electrical trade qualifications or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relevant WHS and environmental legislation
• Sound interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication)
• Knowledge of corporate drawings, design and management systems
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
