The Senior Manager Leadership & Talent is responsible for Development and execution the Transgrid Group overall leadership, talent and succession and Inclusion strategy in alignment with the goals and objectives of the People and Culture team and the broader organisation.  In addition, this role is the lead for Diversity and Inclusion strategies and initiatives across the organisation.

 

This role is crucial in the design and implementation of sustainable and contemporary leadership development and inclusion strategies to cultivate and enhance leadership bench strength and engagement and organisation performance across Transgrid.  This includes the design and development of leadership capability framework, Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs, vendor assessment and selection to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities within the organization as well as assessment and impact tools to embed.  This includes frontline through the executive management levels of the organisation.

 

In addition, the ownership of the Transgrid Diversity and Inclusion strategy and agenda, including the embedding and shared ownership of initiatives across the organisation to enhance engagement, EVP and brand reputation.

 

About You

     Additionally we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who brings a combination of the following

 

  • Bachelor/post graduate/masters degree in human resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (ten years plus) in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale, complex organisation development strategies and programs, specifically leadership development, talent and succession and diversity and inclusion portfolios.
  • Strong demonstrated background in project management, with the ability to establish sustainable, structured frameworks and deliver programs on time and within budget.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure program success
  • Strong understanding of all organisation development and human resources practices including, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and embed new models within large organisations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve employee satisfaction.
