About The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support across the HumeLink project, working closely with the Commercial Analysis Manager and broader project team. The role will focus on supporting the administration of delivery contracts, analysing contractor claims, and contributing to cost forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance tracking. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate cost management, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with internal teams and delivery partners to drive project outcomes.
About You
You bring a combination of analytical capability and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across complex project environments. You are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and motivated to contribute to large-scale infrastructure delivery. You are comfortable working with data, engaging with stakeholders, and balancing competing priorities in a dynamic project setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret cost data, forecasts and commercial information
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across project teams and delivery partners
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in cost management, reporting and contract administration
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment, managing competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI), with a willingness to continuously learn and develop technical capability.
