The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Services Coordinator to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
As the Workplace Services Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support to all Transgrid groups, delivering high quality, timely services including reception facility, telephone service and office administration support. Overseeing the distribution of mail deliveries, servicing both internal and external including couriers and collections. You will also be responsible for issuing and maintaining the security keys and cards system.
We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Services Coordinator who can work autonomously yet collaboratively and manage multiple priorities at once. This is a part-time position, working 9:00am-2:30pm, 4 days per week in the Tamworth depot.
About you
- Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Current NSW drivers’ licence
- Sound administration and receptionist experience
- Thorough knowledge at a general user level of Microsoft Office and Computer Systems
- Ability and willingness to develop and learn corporate systems and new skills as required for the role
- Customer Service skills and competencies
- Ability to prioritise work and or liaise with the other members of the job share arrangement to achieve required goals and objectives
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to operate typical office machines such as printers, photocopiers, and binding machines.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise daily with Managers, Senior Officers, and other internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Desirable to have higher level certificates in Microsoft Office packages and demonstrable ability
