The Opportunity - 6 months fixed term contract 

In this contract role, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of warehouse operations at our Eastern Creek site. You’ll coordinate local activities in close collaboration with centralised inventory and logistics teams, ensuring operations run efficiently, meet compliance standards, and align with organisational policies and procedures.

 

You will also supervise and motivate staff within the Logistics Team, with a strong focus on mentoring and building capability. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving improvement, and building strong relationships across the network.

 

The role is based on-site, working a 9-day fortnight, with occasional travel required.

  • Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders across field and office teams
