The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager with a strong electrical background to lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across a defined region.

This role involves overseeing construction and commissioning activities for both internal and external works, with a focus on transmission assets. You'll be responsible for resource planning, budgeting, contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and organisational standards.

A key part of the role is maintaining accurate project data across multiple systems, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring a smooth handover upon project completion. Ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of electrical infrastructure, project systems, and stakeholder coordination.

About you

• Relevant Electrical trade qualifications or Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil), or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relevant WHS and environmental legislation
• Sound interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication)
• Knowledge of corporate drawings, design and management systems
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence
