About the Role
As a Senior Site Manager – Civils you will lead the delivery of construction activities across high voltage transmission lines and substations. You will plan, coordinate and oversee site works to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery in line with contract requirements and Transgrid standards, while managing contractors and multiple workstreams in a site-based environment. Position will be based in either Yass or Wagga Wagga, NSW. Position will require regional travel within NSW.
About You
- Experience delivering or supervising major infrastructure projects, ideally within utilities or high voltage environments
- Strong knowledge of construction management, contract administration and WHS requirements
- Ability to manage contractors, stakeholders and competing priorities across site-based works
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to plan, problem-solve and deliver outcomes in a complex project environment.
