The Opportunity
In your new role, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across Delivery Projects, ensuring alignment with Transgrid’s PMF, ISO 9001:2015, and regulatory standards. Operating across multiple high-voltage sites, the role drives quality excellence through all project phases while fostering collaboration, compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
- 8+ years’ experience in quality coordination, defect management, and QA leadership on major projects.
 - Expert in implementing Quality Plans and ITPs across project sites and supplier interfaces.
 - Skilled in managing NCRs, punch lists, inspection records, and root cause analysis.
 - Proficient in QA systems including TeamBinder, SharePoint, and Power BI for reporting.
 - Strong communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
