The Senior Manager of Culture & Capability reports to the General Manager Organisation Development & Inclusion and is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the organisation’s culture, development, and workforce capability. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, fosters a high-performance culture, and enhances employee engagement through innovative development programs.

About You

Additionally we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who brings a combination of the following
- Leading a small team of learning & career specialists, this is a senior role that required demonstrated experience in the strategy, design and implementation of contemporary learning & career initiatives.
- Minimum of bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources, Organisation Psychology or Business plus a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience at a management level.
- Proven experience in organisational development, capability building, and culture transformation in large organisations and/or organisations undergoing growth and transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
- Expertise in learning & development, and employee engagement strategies in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in writing and presenting board papers.
