About the Program
Project Management Pathways Program is a structured return-to-work program designed specifically for people seeking to re-enter the workforce and build a meaningful career in project management within our Delivery division. Successful applicants will join Transgrid as full-time Project Administrators and take part in a tailored development program designed to build your capability, confidence, and career opportunities.

No prior project experience is required - just bring your transferable skills, passion to learn, and commitment to building a career in the energy and infrastructure sector. Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

Residency: Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a suitable working visa.
