The Opportunity  

 

Reporting to the Project Directors for commercial and delivery, the Project Coordinator will provide essential administration and logistical support to the team.  This role is based in Ultimo or Newcastle, with travel to site as required.   

 

As a self-starter, you will get chance to support project coordination, maintain detailed project plans and documentation, schedule and facilitate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups. You will manage records, prepare reports and assist with contract and procurement processes. Your contributions will directly fuel the project's momentum and drive its success.   

 

About You  

 

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordination role, with exposure to supporting commercial leaders in a high volume, complex environment and providing high levels of administration support   

  • A current Australian driver’s licence – some site-based travel is required  

  • Proficiency with relevant corporate information systems and software including, Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and MS Project  

  • Ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external   

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and keenness to thrive in a fast-pace, team-oriented environment
