The Opportunity

Join our Major Projects business unit as a Project Controls Analyst in the Integrated Project Controls Systems (IPCS) team and become a key driver of cost accuracy, forecasting excellence, and system optimisation. You will champion the practical use of EcoSys across the organisation, empowering project teams to use the system confidently and effectively.
This is a role where your expertise directly shapes project outcomes. You will help teams work smarter, strengthen data integrity, and embed best practice project controls across the business. Based in Ultimo, you will be part of a team committed to continuous improvement, capability building, and delivering value for every project.
About You
As a trusted project controls specialist, you will strengthen the way major projects manage cost, forecasting, and performance in a fast paced and evolving environment. You will support multiple project teams at once, ensuring data accuracy, system confidence, and best practice project controls are consistently applied.
You will also play a key role in shaping how the organisation uses EcoSys and project controls processes, building capability across teams and driving continuous improvement in the way projects are planned, monitored, and delivered.
Key accountabilities include:

Support project teams to maintain accurate cost, budget, and forecast positions that reflect true project performance.

Lead month end processes, ensuring timely reconciliation and high quality data for reporting and decision making.

Design, configure, and enhance EcoSys functionality to improve usability and support project needs.

Deliver training, guidance, and user-friendly documentation that build capability and confidence across the business.

Drive process improvement, automation, and system optimisation to enhance efficiency and strengthen project outcomes.
