About the role

 

As Portfolio Reporting Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality reporting and insights across our major capital works program. Reporting to the Data and Reporting Manager and overseeing a Reporting Analyst, you will consolidate complex data from multiple systems into clear dashboards and reports, provide strategic analysis to executive leadership and regulators, and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools. Your work will enable informed decision‑making and ensure transparent governance across transmission lines, substations and other large-scale projects.

 

About you

 

  • You bring extensive experience (around eight years) in portfolio or program reporting within major projects, infrastructure or regulated environments.
  • You are adept at translating complex data into actionable insights, with a strong track record of delivering polished dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • You have proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a small team while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, building rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, regulators and external partners.
  • You have a thorough understanding of project management and financial systems and are driven to champion best practice reporting across the organisation.
