The Opportunity

 

Be part of an organisation delivering nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for future generations.

 

Due to growth in our business we are now looking to recruit an Organisational Development & Inclusion Coordinator based in our Ultimo office.  This exciting new role provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Organisational Development and Inclusion team, spanning Learning & Development (L&D), Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), and onboarding initiatives. You will be instrumental in scheduling, managing systems, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs and employee engagement activities.

 

About you

 

To be successful in role we are looking for motivated individuals who posses some or all of the following

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification) and/or relevant experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience using various systems and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and customer service
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with others, demonstrate accountability, and act with integrity
  • Current Australian driver's licence, with the ability to travel to other Transgrid locations as required

 

Desirable:

 

  • Experience in a learning/training role or function  
  • Experience in HRIS or similar systems administration
