The Manager of Early Careers  focuses on shaping and delivering strategic initiatives for early career talent, fostering a strong pipeline of future leaders.  

This role leads a small team that will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain early career talent, including, but not limited to graduates, interns, and apprentices. Your work will shape the organisation’s future leadership pipeline, ensuring that our early careers programs align with business objectives and drive long-term success.

About You

Additionally we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who brings a combination of the following

 

  • Proven experience in organisation development, talent management, or HR, with a focus on early careers in a large organisation.  Minimum 5 years at this level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organisation Psychology or Business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic change at all levels of the organisation. 
  • Experience in presenting and drafting board papers
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. 
  • Expertise in learning and development, coaching, and career progression frameworks. 
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in early careers development. 
  • A passion for nurturing talent and fostering organisational growth.
