We're looking for an experienced and passionate Early Careers Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team on an 18-month fixed-term maternity leave contract.

The opportunity
As our Early Careers Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Advisor, you'll take ownership of Transgrid's Graduate, Apprentice, Cadet, Summer Intern and Work Experience recruitment programs.
From developing attraction strategies through to onboarding our newest employees, you'll deliver engaging, inclusive and high-quality recruitment experiences that help us attract the diverse talent needed to build the workforce of tomorrow.
Working closely with hiring leaders, People & Culture Business Partners, Universities, TAFEs, Schools and industry partners, you'll influence how Transgrid is seen by future talent and help shape our long-term workforce capability.
You'll lead end-to-end recruitment across our Early Careers programs, including:
- Designing and delivering annual recruitment campaigns across Graduate, Apprentice, Cadet, Intern and Work Experience programs.
- Creating innovative attraction and sourcing strategies that connect us with diverse emerging talent.
- Building meaningful partnerships with universities, TAFEs, schools, student organisations and industry groups.
- Delivering engaging assessment centres, interviews and selection processes that are fair, inclusive and aligned to best practice.
- Providing outstanding candidate care through every stage of the recruitment journey—from first application through to onboarding.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people with opportunity and understands that every interaction shapes our employer brand.
You'll bring:
- Experience managing end-to-end Early Careers or high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building long-term talent communities.
- Experience coordinating assessment centres and structured selection processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring leaders with confidence.
- Experience developing attraction and sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a related discipline are highly regarded.
