The Opportunity
In your new role, you will provide second-level technical support to Transgrid’s users, with a specialised focus on assisting executives, executive assistants, and senior leaders.
You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and meeting room technology issues, ensuring minimal disruption and a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will deliver training, maintain clear documentation, and facilitate the escalation of technical issues to vendors as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
About you
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with a calm, methodical approach, delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
- Skilled in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues across various technologies, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Experienced in meeting SLAs and OLAs, consistently achieving or exceeding service delivery expectations.
- Proficient in creating clear documentation and reports for support activities and system configurations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building effective relationships across all organisational levels.
