About the Role
As the Data & Performance Manager, you will shape the data governance, performance measurement and analytics framework for the Major Projects PMO, ensuring project data is accurate, reliable and accessible to support effective decision-making. You will lead the development of data standards, quality controls, dashboards and performance insights, while driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and digital project delivery tools. This role is ideal for a data and analytics specialist who excels in complex environments and is passionate about lifting capability and strengthening PMO maturity.
About You
- Strong experience in data governance, analytics or performance reporting within major projects, infrastructure or construction environments.
- Ability to improve data quality, build governance frameworks and implement performance reporting improvements.
- Advanced skills in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel). Collaborative, outcome-focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with or understanding project delivery systems such as P6, EcoSys or SAP.
