The Opportunity

 

This is an exciting part time opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.  

 

As the Calibration Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing and streamlining the calibration of equipment, ensuring the calibrations are planned, completed and documented and equipment is ready for operational use.

 

This 15-hour-per-week role involves close collaboration with Field Delivery, Construction, and Scheduling teams to enhance processes and foster strong working relationships. You'll also ensure clear visibility and reporting of upcoming calibration servicing, while addressing any overdue items to support operational efficiency.

 

 

About you

 

  • Extensive experience in plant and equipment management, planning, and task prioritisation to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, supporting effective planning and team collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster constructive relationships with team members, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in corporate systems and applications including Power Bi, Excel, Maximo, databases, and spreadsheets for reporting, planning, and analytics.
  • Significant analytical ability, with a proven capacity to work independently and ensure compliance.
