About the role
As the PMO Digital Manager, you will lead the digital maturity of the PMO and be accountable for the end-to-end project data ecosystem, from system configuration through to reporting and performance insights. Reporting to the PMO Director, this role leads the PMO Systems, Data and Reporting function and acts as the critical bridge between the PMO, business stakeholders and the Integrated Project Controls System (IPCS) team. You will translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions, uplift data governance and reporting capability, and enable high-quality, data-driven decision-making across a large and complex project portfolio. The position will be based in Ultimo, Sydney, with hybrid working arrangements.
About you
You are a digitally savvy PMO leader with deep experience in systems-enabled project controls and portfolio reporting, who thrives in complex delivery environments. You bring a strong balance of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and people leadership, with the ability to drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across PMO systems and processes.
You will bring
- Proven experience leading or managing a Digital PMO within a complex infrastructure or delivery environment
- Strong technical expertise in project controls systems, including extensive experience with Hexagon EcoSys and schedule, cost and risk data
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and PMO requirements into technical system configurations and development roadmaps
- Experience leading data governance, reporting frameworks and performance analytics to support senior leadership decision-making
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor teams, manage competing priorities and operate effectively in high-pressure governance cycles.
