The Opportunity
In your new role, you will be a trusted trainer and advisor, helping our teams build the skills they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. You’ll deliver accredited training programs and custom courses, using different methods to suit the needs of our people. You will also help design and improve training materials to make sure they’re practical, relevant, and engaging.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on Transmission Lineworker experience, understands what good training looks like, is confident using internal systems, and communicates clearly to support and guide learners. This role can be based from any Transgrid depot - Eastern Creek, Newcastle, Orange, Tamworth, Wagga Wagga or Yass.
About You
- Hold a Certificate III in ESI – Overhead Transmission with hands-on transmission line experience.
- Have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or be willing to obtain within 6 months).
- Bring strong communication and people skills to engage and motivate.
- Be organised and tech-savvy with company systems.
- Champion safety and continuous improvement.
