The Hunter Transmission Project is a critical infrastructure initiative supporting the future of energy in New South Wales. As part of the project delivery phase, the focus is on enabling safe, timely, and efficient construction through effective land access, property management, and stakeholder engagement. About the Role

 

The Project Manager (Olney/Eraring) will see you lead the end-to-end delivery of substation works within the HTP Delivery Phase, overseeing all engineering and site activities to ensure alignment with program objectives.

 

You’ll guide and support the project team while managing schedule, cost, risk, and quality to deliver safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes.

 

About You

 

  • Degree qualifications in construction, electrical or civil engineering, project management, or equivalent experience in major infrastructure delivery
  • Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven capability to set priorities and drive project delivery in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments, demonstrating resilience and sound judgement under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and resolving technical and commercial challenges
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel or work away from assigned location as required.
