At Transgrid, we play a critical role in delivering safe, reliable and sustainable electricity to millions of Australians. As we continue to grow our Delivery Projects portfolio, we are seeking multiple Project Coordinators to support major Class B infrastructure projects across NSW.

This is an opportunity to be part of high-profile project teams, working closely with Project Directors and Senior Project Managers to ensure projects are well-coordinated, governed and supported from a delivery and reporting perspective.

 

The Opportunity

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination, administration and reporting support across one or more delivery projects. You’ll be a key enabler for the project leadership team, helping to keep projects on track by managing documentation, meetings, actions, registers and stakeholder interactions.

 

This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working with competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed project environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, documentation and reporting
  • Organise and attend project meetings, take minutes and track actions
  • Maintain project registers including risks, issues, changes, variations and drawings
  • Support preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and regulators
  • Manage project records across systems such as SharePoint, TRIM and project databases
  • Track correspondence and support consultant and contractor administration
  • Ensure projects comply with Transgrid frameworks, governance and documentation standards
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of project coordination and reporting practices

 

 

About You

You are a strong administrator or early-career project professional who thrives on structure, detail and follow-through. You enjoy supporting delivery teams and take pride in keeping things organised, accurate and moving.

 

You will bring:

  • Experience in a project coordination, project support or administration role (in infrastructure, engineering or construction environments preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and project teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • A current Australian driver’s licence

 

Experience with project systems, registers or document control will be highly regarded.
