About the Role

 

The Land & Property Officer supports the delivery of land and property activities for the Hunter Transmission Project, ensuring sites are accessible, compliant, and ready for construction. The role focuses on facilitating site access for contractors, implementing Property Management Plans, and leading engagement with landowners, third parties, and authorities to secure agreements and approvals. You will also support planning consents, compliance requirements, and contribute to land acquisition activities to enable safe and timely project delivery.

 

About You

 

  • Relevant qualification in property, land management, surveying, or a related discipline with experience in infrastructure or utilities projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with landowners, third parties, and authorities
  • Sound knowledge of NSW property legislation, planning approvals, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced project environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
