About the role

 

In your role as Delivery Manager – Substations, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of critical substation assets for the Hunter Transmission Project, owning construction delivery, commissioning, and project management outcomes across safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

 

Reporting to the Delivery Director HTP, you will be responsible for governance and assurance while driving strong collaboration, continuous improvement, and environmental compliance to enable resilient and efficient delivery.

 

About You

 

  • Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, with strong capability in managing complex transmission or construction environments including large scale substation construction experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects, ideally in high‑voltage transmission and or substation environments.
  • Proven senior-level capability in project governance, assurance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks and their application to complex, multidisciplinary engineering programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, manage interfaces and interdependencies, and drive collaboration, continuous improvement, and environmental compliance.
