The Opportunity
In your new role as Contract Administrator, you’ll support the full contract lifecycle, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient management of project delivery contracts. You will collaborate with teams across Procurement, Lumea, Engineering, Risk, and external contractors to maintain accurate documentation, track contract milestones, and assist in preparing notices, claims, schedules, and reports. Your attention to detail and ability to manage complex information will be critical to keeping projects aligned with commercial objectives and on track for success.
The ideal candidate will have contract experience ideally from utilities, construction, or facilities management, who thrives on solving complex issues, enjoys working with documentation, and understands its impact. They will also be confident in navigating challenging conversations and focused on what really matters to keep projects on track.
About you
- Experience in contract or construction project administration
- Strong document control and attention to detail across systems and correspondence
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint, InEight, or Teambinder is a plus
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
