Senior Connections Operations Manager

About the role

Join LUMEA™, a Transgrid Group brand driving renewable energy solutions, as our Senior Connections Operations Manager. This is a standout opportunity for a motivated, technically strong leader to shape how new connection assets are accepted, commissioned, and integrated into operations.

In this role, you’ll lead asset handover post-energisation, resolve customer commercial and technical issues, and ensure new assets integrate seamlessly into existing systems—safely, reliably, and with minimal disruption. You’ll balance smart technical solutions with strong commercial outcomes for both customers and the business.

We’re looking for someone who can work autonomously, navigate complex challenges, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you’ll bring

• A technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience across engineering, asset management, or commercial operations in energy or utilities
• Strong knowledge of energy regulations and compliance
• Proven success managing asset lifecycles, portfolios, capex and P&L
• Expertise in customer contracts, post-energisation support, and variations
• Excellent stakeholder and customer engagement skills
